Once an order is submitted it cannot be modified or cancelled, however, if you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason we will give you a refund of your purchase price for all unopened merchandise, less shipping.
Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org within ten (10) days of receipt of your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#). Please write the number on the package and include the packing slip that came with your order. Ensure that the product is wrapped and packaged securely. A return will not be processed without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#).
If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper, enclose in the package and send the package to the following address:

Note that the refund will not be issued until we have received the return.
Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping fees and applicable duties. If any bottles are open or missing a refund will not be given for the opened or missing item. Customers must have contacted us prior to return for an RMA number. After 30 days, all sales are final.
